The beach is within a very short walk as well as bars, restaurants, gardens and esplanades, also the Aqua Park (only one in the island) is a within walking distance. Steps away there is a bus stop to the city centre and other destinations throughout this amazing island.

The rooms are medium in size and traditionally decorated. They are all equipped with satellite TV, telephone, full bathroom with hair-dryer and most have a balcony.

Built in 1996 in typicla madeirian architecture, on the exact site of an ancient sugar cane mill. It still holds and preserves sevral of its feature on its design.

The restaurant wall is the original from the sugar cane mill days 'engenho'. It serves national and international dishes.
