This is a very modern 4-storey low-rise building standing in a v shape pyramid style.

There are four restaurants to choose from. The Cornelius, which is the main restaurant, seats 800 guests and serves a buffet of local and international cuisine. The Floriyan (a la carte) seats 60 guests and serves international and local cuisine. The Hedera restaurant seats 80 guests and is more formal and serves seafood. The Nazar restaurant seats 30 guests and specialises in Turkish cuisine only.
