This hotel is located in centre of Grindelwald opposite the railway station and has magnificent views of the Eiger.

The medium sized rooms are decorated with 18th century engravings and antiques. The rooms vary slightly in design but all are in good condition and have the modern facilities one would expect of a hotel of this standard. The bathrooms are in very good condition.

The building itself is impressive and very traditional in style.

There are 02 restaurants in the hotel; the grill restaurant serving Swiss specialities and the classic restaurant for a la carte dining. Afternoon tea/ coffee or after dinner drinks can be enjoyed in the cocktail lounge.

The medium sized lobby is traditional in style and leads on to a beautiful lounge with an open fire which evokes a homely atmosphere. The areas are tastefully decorated with 18th century Swiss and French art which is displayed throughout the hotel from the private collection of Alfred Krebs.
