The resort is set on 15 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens on the Eastern end of Runaway Bay and is 42 miles or approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport.

Pool View rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the pool block with a view of the pool. All rooms have air-conditioning with tiled floors, mirrored ceilings, one king or two twin beds, television with video, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, Roman Jacuzzi bath tub, shower, clock radio, CD-player, safe deposit box, and hairdryers.

The hotel is modern, built in 1999, rooms are located in three-story Colonial-style buildings.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served in the hotel's Tropical Terrace Restaurant. Munasan, the Japanese restaurant is open for dinner from 7:00pm until 10:00pm. Pastafari is open from 6:30pm until 12:00am. The Jamaican restaurant, Reggae Café 'RASTAurant' opens daily from 11:30am until 7:00pm. NUD-I- Burger (Nude Pool Grill) Opens daily from 11:30am to 5:00pm. A midnight Buffet is served every night from 12:00am to 3:00am at the Tropical Terrace Restaurant.
