The complex is located on a hilltop with fabulous views. The building is 4 levels high (no lifts). There is one outdoor pool and tennis court.

There is no restaurant on the premises, only a small bar offering beverages and snack items. Guests can utilize the restaurant and bar at the sister property, the Tanoa International Hotel. There is a bus provided by the hotel free of charge, which brings the guests directly to the other property, it only takes a couple of minutes.
