The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style, served in either El Arrecife (International) or Pane Y Olio (Italian) restaurant. Dinner is also available at the Viva Zapata A la Carte restaurant (Mexican cuisine). During meals soft drinks, juice (orange, lemon, pineapple, etc), wine and cocktails are being offered. Local drinks such as whiskey, brandy, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, etc are served at the bars (one beach bar & a pool bar) between 10:00 & 23:00 and in the restaurants during the dining hours.

Situated in the middle of Cabarete beach and totally renovated during November 2002, it's colonial style and gardens give the Tropical Beach Club an exotic feeling. From your room balconies, restaurant and bar you can see all the action in Cabarete bay.

All rooms are decorated and equipped with, air-conditioning, telephone, ceiling fan, bathroom with shower and a balcony.
