The hotel takes prime poistion and is located in the heart of the old town.

The rooms vary in size but are generally medium and kept in exceptional condition along with the bathrooms (some bathrooms have shower only). Rooms are nice, tasteful and elegant in design with pale furnishings.

The exterior is very grand, decorated with pillasters, pillars in very late baroque/ early classical style. It has tall windows and balconies.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor with high ceilings, grand reception rooms have bits of old fashioned character. There is a famous fine dining restaurant that serves ala carte.

The lobby is small but there are plenty of adjoining seating arrangements.
