Modern, well presented hotel with good leisure facilities though some of the rooms are a bit of a disappointment. MK 08/07

The Rica Arctic is located in the centre of of Kirkenes in the municipality of Syd-Varanger, the land between east and west bordering both Finland and the Soviet Union.

Rooms are of a medium size, they are comfortable but one would usually expect a higher standard here judging by the rest of the hotel's decor and facilities.

This a very modern property of concrete and glass construction, it is not the sort of structure you would expect to see in this part of the world.

Is a quite informal, modern well presented room.

Is of a medium size, modern and nicely decorated with marble floors, Persian style carpets and brass fittings.
