The exterior of the building is traditional with chalet style architecture.
The hotel's restaurants serve a variety of cuisine; one is a cosy snack restaurant and the other is a la carte. The a la carte restaurant offers spectacular views of the river and specialises in fish from the lake Brienz. During the summer, the hotel also opens its terrace restaurant.
