The hotel is located a block away from "Avenida Paulista" and beside MASP - São Paulo Museum of Art, near the Rebouças Convention Center, Frei Caneca Shopping and Convention Center and Paulista Shopping Center. It is also located at 12 km from Congonhas Airport and 30 km from Guarulhos International Airport.

Most of the rooms have verandahs, bath tub, air-conditioning, two telephone extension numbers, computer connection to the Internet, digital safe, cable TV mini bar. All of them are in good condition.

It is a tall rise building with a window glass facade.

The hotel has one main restaurant and serves intl cuisine and there is also a sushi bar.

The lobby is large in size, with modern decor, and incorporates a couple of seating areas.
