Goldridge Resort is located on 4.5 acres of scenic grounds, with many rooms offering panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountains. Located on the Frankton Road approximately four kilometres from the Queenstown central shopping area. Also only a short drive from the Queenstown airport.
The rooms are simply decorated and in good condition. One of the features highlighted by the hotel is the very good views from many of the rooms. All rooms in the hotel are non smoking areas. Standard Room Lake View have been refurbished in 2009 and are in great condition. Both Standard Room and Standard Room Lake View can accommodate 3 persons - X1 Double and X1 Single Bed.
The hotel is spread out in a number of blocks of rooms all linked together by outside covered walkways. As it is only two storeys high there is no elevators.
Breakfast and dinner served in the restaurant is mainly New Zealand dishes. The restaurant benefits from having excellent views over the lake and mountains.
