The resort is conveniently located on the beach side of a lagoon, nestled in a tropical garden, only 2 km distance from Faleolo International Airport (a 5 minute drive), near Mulifanua and the ferry terminal to Savaii. The distance to the city centre of the capital city Apia is 35 km. Distance to the beach is about 50 feet.

The Ocean view rooms are facing the lagoon that surrounds the beach front of the resort. All rooms have 3 DID telephones, central air conditioning, Satellite TV, mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities and feature its own private patio deck, exotic furniture and linen. The rooms also offer hair dryer, iron and ironing board and in room safe.

Resort style accommodation with rooms spread over two floors all with panoramic views of the Ocean. The resort has a pool with a 'swim up' cocktail bar and a spa located over the water of the South Pacific.
