After a recent renovation and refurbishment the hotel now not only boasts excellent rooms but also one of Estonia's most distinguished spa's. The hotel is located by the seaside and is a short walk from Tallinns most popular beach. Set well back from the main road in the 'Pirita' district, the hotel is a 5 min drive to the centre or to the port. Tallinn international airport is a 10 min drive.

Medium in size, rooms are decorated in simple bright colours and have simple furniture, but are functional and are in good condition. Bathrooms are also in good condition and are small/medium in size.

The large odd shaped exterior is of a catamaran-type ship that was built as a base for the 1980 Olympic sailing competition. It is a unique unfinished concrete construction under heritage protection due to it's architectural and interior design.

The restaurant Regatta continues the nautical theme and serves fresh fish aswell as international cuisine with the best sea view in town.
