It is situated at teluk bahang, along the northwestern corner of the island, with its fine coastline and beaches. The hotel is about 30 min from the georgetown city centre and 45 min from the airport.

They are medium size on average and are in good condition. All rooms are decorated with modern fixtures and in pale paster_colours. Most rooms also have beautiful views of the nearby forested hills and islets. The bathrooms are in good condition with amenities.

It is a tall modern resort style building.

The hotel has 5 restaurants that serve local, Italian, Japanese, Chinese and seafood cuisine. There are also 2 lounge and a discotheque for guest looking for some entertainment.

It is medium sized, with marble flooring and spacious seating area. Adjoining it is the palmetto lounge which commands splendid views of the garden and pool area below, as well as the sea and horizon beyond.
