Being located on the winward side of the island, the hotel is situated on a rough beach, not suitable for swimming, but provides a free shuttle to the most popular beach on the island

Located on the 750 acre Tobago Plantations development on the southwest coast of Tobago. The property is located 2.5 miles from the airport and approximately 2 miles from the town of Scarborough.

The large rooms are in good condition and decorated with a bright, Caribbean style. Each room opens up to balcony or terrace facing the sea.

This property is spread over vast grounds, and is designed to resemble an old plantation. The rooms are housed in low-rise colonial-style buildings surrounded by an 18-hole PGA designed golf course.

The main restaurant is located on the lower level of the lobby and serves an international and creole buffet an a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Another, more formal restaurant, is located adjacent to the main restaurant and specialises in seafood. Light snacks are also available during the day at the pool bar.

The grand lobby is very large in size and features a small seating area with the lobby bar off to the side. Stairs lead down to the lower level where guests can find the restaurants and access to the pool and beach.
