The hotel is situated on the seashore close to the city centre, three kilometres from Old Jaffa and eighteen kilometres from the airport.

The bedrooms are large. Seventy per cent of them are in very good condition and the remaining thirty per cent in exceptional condition. All the rooms face the sea and have a balcony. They have wooden furniture and a maroon and rose decor. The bathrooms are also in very good condition. Each room is equipped with a bathtub, hairdryer, mini-bar, safe, coffee maker, iron and cable TV. All rooms have a private balcony and sea view.

The hotel is a tall, white, modern building.

One restaurant overlooks the seashore with beautiful Jerusalem stone decoration and a main dining room. Another restaurant serves French cuisine combined with western aromas in Chinese style decor. The hotel also features a sushi bar.

The lobby is a large, wide room from which there is a fantastic view of the sea. There are wood furnishings with a maroon, rose and blue decor.
