All the suites are located off a central atrium area. On the ground floor there is a large Mediterranean style fountain and internal courtyard. This suite complex is in a great location in close proximity to many of the cities tourist sites as well as business/trade venues. In the centre of the city less than 10 mins walk to Cathedral Square. Also close to Hagley Park and the river Avon. The city Casino is less than two minutes walk. It is almost next door to the Christhchurch convention centre.
The 1 Bedroom Suites each have a nice lounge area and full kitchen. They also have washing machines and dryers. Each suite also has mini bar, TV and hairdryers.
A seven storey building, refurbished in 2002, all suites have balconies with views overlooking the city.
No restaurant, only in room provisions available for breakfast, plenty of fine eateries close by.
