The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city centre. It is a good 15-20 minute walk to the centre (Bessarabian Market), but only a short taxi ride. Although the hotel is close to main roads and the railway station, making the hotel easily accessible from many areas, it is still quiet due to the modern, double glazed windows.
The rooms are all identicle and small in size, all the rooms where updated several years ago but already looking slightly tried especially the mattresses and pillows.
This modern high-rise building was built in the 1970s and is 17 storeys high.
The restaurant where all meals are served is located on the ground floor. There is also a bar opposite the restaurant where lights snacks are available.
The lobby is medium in size and has a seating area, boutique and business centre.
