The hotel is centrally located in Patong Beach. The main entrance faces the 2nd beach road. Patong beach is just 5 minutes’ walking distance away. The hotel is close to all of Patong's shopping and entertainment.

Rooms reflect a fresh degree of Thai comfort, an extra large Studio and Villa rooms centred around two magnificently themed and landscaped pools. Villa rooms also offer a large terrace and direct access to the pool on the ground floor while rooms on the upper floor offer private balcony. All king size rooms feature an extra large hollywood bed. Both room types have separate Tang sitting area and writing table, bathrobes, hair dryer, IDD telephone, data jack, voicemail, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, 25-inch TV with satellite channels and movies. An extra DVD player with disk is available in the Villa room type. The bathroom is medium-size with shower only and a separate dressing area.

The exterior comprises two buildings of five and two storeys respectively, and its overall design is an attractive, modern interpretation of Thai architectural style set out around two deep-blue tiled pools, exotically designed with jacuzzi, elephant fountains, children's pool area, and tropical landscaping.
