Hotel is located next to the Rovinj town centre and just above the marina overlooking the old town.

Rooms are medium size and in good condition. Furniture is modern and decoration is using some blue and green colours. Bathroom are also in good condition.

This is a modern purpose build block building.

Restaurant is large with columns to separate smaller areas. The deco is modern.

Lobby is large with the reception on the right and in front there is a bar overlooking the sea.
