The hotel is located in Sengokuhara area, right next to the Hakone Glass Forest Museum. Other museums such as Le Petit Prince Museum in 5 minutes by car. It takes 30 minutes by bus from JR Odawara station where bullet trains (Tokaido Shinkansen) stop, or 20 minutes from Hakone-Yumoto station on Odakyu Line that directly leads from Shinjuku, Tokyo. There are also public buses which depart from Shinjuku in Tokyo and stop in front of the hotel in 150minutes.

All rooms are large with modern design furniture. The wooden floor and fabric in red and green create warm atmosphere. All are equipped with internet access by LAN and in-room safe. The bathroom is medium size. There is a pair of binoculars in each room so that guests can enjoy bird-watching in the room.

It is a modern, 4-storey white building in the Sengokuhara forest.

There is a French restaurant on the 2nd floor offering fine cuisine for whole the day. Lounge in the lobby has wide opened windows with garden view.

It has small and modern taste with some sitting space and wooden floor. At the end of lobby, there is wide and high glass window facing to the beautiful garden over lounge.
