The Rica hotel is centrally located in Sandnessjoen on the Helgeland coast.

All rooms are modern in design using contrasting dark woods and pastel shades, they are of medium size and in very good condition as are the modern bathrooms.

The hotel is modern and purpose built, it is not an attractive building as it is designed to withstand northern Norway's harsh winter weather conditions.

The restaurant has a cosy atmosphere and serves a variety of local and International cuisines with seafood the speciality.
