The hotel is a short rail journey from the heart of Glasgow and only fifteen minutes by car from Glasgow International Airport, the hotel is located on the southside side of the city, which provides a quieter and more relaxed environment than the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

43 individually designed bedrooms ranging from King size suites to four poster bed rooms. All rooms are in keeping with the character of the building throughout this Victorian era property. The bedrooms, many featuring period style furniture and furnishings, have all the modern comforts of en suite bathroom, colour television, radio, direct dial telephone, trouser press, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, as well as unlimited internet access.

The hotel was originally a traditional Victorian townhouse and is set across 4 floors.

The hotel also offers the Minstrel bar and restaurant, which prides itself on using fresh local produce in all its dishes. Please note that the restaurant does not open for dinner.
