This hotel is located in the centre of Fort William. Fort William station is literally across the road as is the main shopping centre and pier. The hotel is set in the old fort parade near Loch Linnhe and Lochaber.
Easy travelling to Inverness is around 80 minutes.
The bedrooms are all ensuite with bath and shower. The rooms are of different shapes and sizes as the building is so old. On the whole they tend to be quite small but all have full facilities. Rooms are decorated in simple traditional design but are of a good condition.
It is a very traditional building of the 19th century in dark brick and it is turreted at the top.
The hotel has two restaurants - one is formal with English and continental breakfast being served daily as well as an a la carte menu which specialises in using local produce. The other restaurant serves light snacks.
This area is medium in size and can get very busy. The area has plenty of seating and overlooks the main shopping street.
