A sumptuous continental-style buffet with breads, yogurts, cereals, preserved, dried and fresh fruit is accompanied with a choice of freshly prepared a la carte options from the menu. The menu includes omelettes encasing fresh vegetables along with cheese, eggs benedict – poached eggs on a split english muffin with a choice of smoked salmon or bacon and topped with hollandaise sauce, the Chalet big breakfast which includes a potato rosti, stuffed mushrooms, basil infused tomatoes, poached eggs on toast and bacon, Boiled eggs with toast soldiers, hotcakes with a berry compote,seasonal fresh fruit, maple syrup and dusted with icing sugar. Gluten free and lactose intolerant requests can be catered for, as can eggs cooked any other way.
