It has got three stores and is decorated with modern light coloured furniture, plants, engravings and abstract paintings in contrast with wooden floors.
With a modern aspect the dining-room comforts the traveller with the best garlic soup, ternera a la plancha (grilled veal), el cocido (chickpea soup), lamb and of course the typical "migas" (fried bread crumbs). For those with a sweet tooth las yemas de almazan and mantecadas.
