The hotel is located 80 metres from the beach and 50 metres from the main tourist attractions and shopping areas.

The rooms are medium size on average and are generally kept in good condition along with the bathrooms, although some are fair. On the whole the rooms are rather old fashioned with out-of-date furniture.

The building looks a little run down from the outside, although renovations are planned.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is the hotel's best feature.

The very small lobby and reception area have been decorated, which gives a different appearance despite its being a beach hotel. 07/05MP
