The hotel is located in a quiet new up market residential area with beautiful views over the mountains and within easy access to the sea side and most of the tourist attractions such as Monte Igueldo fairground and the beautiful beach of La Concha and nearby the old town with its typical bars for wonderful tapas and "Txacoli" regional wine.
It is the closest hotel to the Miramon technology park and one of the most beautiful buildings in the city the Aiete Palace. Just 1 kilometre from the Miramar Palace and 5 minutes from the Kursaal Congress Center. Also within easy access to the prestigious Chillida Leku Museum and Basozabal Golf Course.
Its 75 rooms are medium in size, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with hair dryer in the bathroom, magnifying mirror, interactive TV, Wi-Fi and full range of amenities. The decoration is based on soft warm colours, mainly beige with wooden floors. There are rooms specially thought for women, for handicapped people and also non-smoking rooms.
The hotel is a very modern urban design in pale material which stands out from the surrounding buildings. The entrance and main access to the hotel is quite ample. There is free outside car park available for hotel guests.
The restaurant is a pleasant medium sized room with natural light which sliding glass walls are opened during summer time to enjoy both nice meals and the unique "gourmet breakfast" which is a new concept of breakfast created by the hotel's chef where guests enjoy a large variety of dishes including regional specialities served to the table.
The lobby area is connected to the bar and the restaurant. It is medium in size, very modern in decoration and with a little seating area with newspapers and ciber corner for clients, very functional, welcoming and stylish.
