The hotel is located in a quiet side street, close to the city centre and main train station and within walking distance of the central shopping areas and main tourist attractions.
The bedrooms are medium-sized and fairly basically furnished. They are decorated in a modern style with fresh colours. All rooms were recently equipped with new furniture and very light carpets, which are a bit too light as stains are easily visible. Both the rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
The hotel has a modern pale grey and white facade.
The breakfast room is bright and airy with a similar colour scheme to the lobby, modern and simply furnished. The hotel does not serve dinner but there is a bar overlooking a garden adjoining two internal courtyards. They provide a surprisingly peaceful setting in the heart of Munich.
The lobby area is small with a predominately white decor and large windows, giving it a slightly clinical appearance. From the back of the lobby, large windows overlook one of the hotel's central courtyard gardens.
