This hotel is situated in a resort complex, just behind (300 metres), what is claimed to be the best beach on the island: Koukounaries. The regular bus service that runs (almost 24 hours a day) across the south of the island linking all the other resorts stops just outside the hotel. Only 12 km/ 20 minute journey away is Skiathos town offering a great selection of shopping and nightlife. The airport is just beyond the town. Close by the hotel, within easy walking distance, there are other tavernas, bars and supermarkets.

Rooms are medium to large in size, in medium condition, simply furnished and decorated in white and pastel coloured linen. Floors are carpeted. The bathroom is a fairly good size. Facilities include a large television with satellite channels, fridge, air conditioning (in July and August) and hair dryer in bathroom.

There are two restaurants and a large bar. One is a traditional Greek taverna and the other offers both Chinese and Indian dishes. Both have outdoor seating. The spacious bar has a stylish traditional look to it with both indoor and outdoor seating. A selection of snacks are served throughout the day.

The lobby is medium to large in size, light and airy and has some seating. The restaurant is just beyond it.
