Although a little back from the beach (5 mins walk), this family run property offers a very peaceful location, as it is fairly small and in a residential area with the dramatic backdrop of the mountain where the ancient town of Fira is located. This property, comprising of rooms and studios, is located in the popular village of Perissa, famous for it's black volcanic beaches. There are frequent buses to the main town of Fira and the international airport, each just a 15 minute ride away. Both Perissa and Perivolos beach are a short walk along the seafront. There is a large selection of restaurants, bars and clubs also along the beach promenade.
The rooms are medium in size and decorated to a good standard in tasteful, neutral colours. They are maintained to a high standard. Facilities include air conditioning, mini fridge and television with satellite channels. Bathrooms are fully tiled and in very good condition.
A typical Cycladic low rise building painted cream and white with the traditional blue doors and shutters. It is constructed in a U shape with a small pool and sunbathing area in it's atrium, and a bar just behind. This area overlooks the mountains of Ancient Fira.
The property does not have a restaurant. There are many cafes and restaurants just a short walk away.
The lobby is fairly small in size.
