40 meters from the beach and near the small port of the lovely hamlet of Marmari in Evia, with frequent connections to Athens 25km away and the Athens Airport 40km away via the port of Rafina. There's plenty to see and do in the vicinity : A multitude of sandy beaches to discover, the forest footpath that runs along Dimoshari stream for those who enjoy trekking and also the famous Drakospita ("Dragon Houses"), imposing megalithic structures of the 7th century BC and a true local wonder of the Antiquity.
The rooms are spacious and simply decorated, well equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette and fridge. They have sea facing balconies and some open to the front yard and garden.
It is a clean looking 3 storey white washed apartment block with a sandy yard.
There is no defined restaurant area as such but a very nice feature is the barbecue area in the yard : It is communal and free to use for all guests who wish to bring their own food.
The lobby and reception area open to the TV room, where a fireplace can also be found. The owners will be happy to assist you and give you directions or local information.
