Hotel offers an excellent location since it is situated next to the tourist route which joins fronteira to Coimbra, on the slopes of the highest and most beautiful mountains in Portugal, with features different from the all the other mountains of Europe - Serra da Estrela.

The medium-sized bedrooms have ceilings covered in local wood and pink marble bathrooms.

The facade of the hotel is of a traditional alpine style.

Equally decorated in a very traditional style with a series of wood panelled arches and offering the best of typical Portuguese cuisine in the region (it is one of the 5 in Portugal given an award by the secretary of tourism).

The lobby is of moderate size with a wooden reception area. The public areas are also medium size, with personalised decoration making the hotel very pleasant.
