Thon Hotel Hallingdal is situated in Al, halfway between Gol and Geilo. The majestetic mountains around Al create a special athmosphere. The hotel is located in the centre of beautiful Al - with a short walk to skiing facilities, museums and the cultural centre. The hotel offers free parking. The railway is within walking distance to the hotel. We have 60 large and comfortable rooms, where six of these are suites and some are larger family rooms. Chalets are available for our guests. The restaurant Borgarstugu offers a varied menu with traditional Norwegian cuisine. We have a banquet hall facility for larger parties. For a more relaxed atmosphere we recommend our bar Jegerstugu.
