The hotel is situated just five minutes from Ibirapuera Park and ten minutes from the national airport which serves Sao Paulo. It is just outside the main city centre but has good links by car to all areas of the city.

All the rooms are large to very large and in very good to excellent condition and modern in decor.

The hotel boasts two restaurants which are both situated on the first floor. One is a gourmet a' la carte restaurant serving french cuisine and the other is a buffet style restaurant serving international cuisine and more modern in style.

The lobby is very large with white tiled flooring, low ceilings and adorned throughout with a variety of sculptures, antique carpets and local flora adding to the overall decor. The reception is split in two with a service desk and a welcome reception desk to give a more personal service. It also incorporates several seating areas, two boutiques, a jewellery shop and a bar area furnished in dark wood. The lobby area also incorporates a travel agency and a business centre.
