The Chesterfield Hotel, Palm Beach, is located in the heart of a residential section of Palm Beach but still only two blocks north of the world famous Worth Avenue. Designed in the manner of a European bed and breakfast, it was built as The Lido-Venice in 1926 and renamed The Vineta in 1928. The hotel was renovated in 1937 by Palm Beach architect John L. Volk. While the hotel is registered with the Palm Beach Preservation foundation as a historical landmark, you can be sure our eyes are set firmly to the future. It undergoes annual refurbishments, none of which, however, are permitted to change the basic historic character of the property. Named The Chesterfield Palm Beach in 1989, the hotel today is a proud member of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection and Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
The Chesterfield Palm Beach is a luxury boutique 4-star hotel that puts you in the heart of Palm Beach. The Atlantic beaches are just three blocks away, there are two golf courses within five minutes' drive north or south, and the bustling business district of West Palm Beach is a few blocks to the west. All around the hotel you have the beautiful palm-lined boulevards and sedate pastel-colored villas for which Palm Beach is famous. The best shopping on Palm Beach is along Worth Avenue - two blocks to the south. Here you'll find the world's finest boutiques, jewellers, and department stores.
No two King Deluxe Rooms are the same. Each has its own mood; each casts its own escapist spell over those who hope to leave the everyday world behind for a night or two. There's space here to stretch out ? and all the time in the world to enjoy the fine bed linen, deluxe toiletries, plush bathrobes, and 24-hour room service.
