From Düsseldorf and Cologne airports, guests can reach Aachen train station within about 1 hour. From Aachen main station take bus number 3b to bus stop Schanz or a train to Schanz. From Lütticher Straße, guests can walk to the hotel in 3 minutes, which is situated on the left-hand side.

The opening hours of the reception are as follows: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 8 pm and on weekends and public holidays from 8 am to 2 pm. Guests should contact reception if they need to check in outside the opening hours.
