Check-in is located at the Surrey Grand Crowne Towne Center 405 State Highway 165 South, Branson MO. Please note that condo rentals are not guaranteed to be available right away at 4pm. There may be times when access to your condo is unavoidably delayed due to preparation or maintenance issues. The front desk at the Surrey Grand Crowne Towne Center is open 365 days per year, 24 hours per day for resort reservations. Grand Crowne properties have limited pet units. Therefore, if the guest is found with a pet in a non-pet unit, the company reserves the right to charge the guest a USD 300.00 penalty. Designated pet units are limited to two dogs, 80 pounds or less. At the time of check-in, guest must provide a USD 75.00 refundable deposit. Front desk staff will provide details on the refund of your deposit. Pet boarding and/or check-out is imminent for violators.
