Tax Policy

The room rates include 10% tax.
City Tax: from June 1 to September 30 there's a tax of stay euro 1.00 per person per night (exluding children under 14 years old).

Child Policy

• All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• All children from 3 to 17 years are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds.
• One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10 per night and person in a baby cot.

Extra bed Policy

• Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
• Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
• All older children or adults are charged EUR 40 per night per person for extra beds.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
