In case the cancellation does not comply with the time limit stated or not received, the hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation charge based on contract rate and number of rooms booked as follows:
within 3 days - 50% of one night room charge per room reserved,
within 24 hours - 100% of one night room charge per room reserved.
In case of no-show, 100% of the total room charge of the period reserved will be charged.
