* Within 14 days prior to arrival = 1 night charge
* Within 7 days prior to arrival = 3 night charge
* No show will be charged for 3 nights
* Early departure will be charge for total stay and plus 3 nights charge
* Cancellation made prior to the deadline, full prepayment booking will receive a refund.

Peak Season (25 December 2013 - 10 January 2014)
* Full stay will be charged for all cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival.
* No show and early departure will be charged for entire period initially booked.
* Cancellation made prior to the deadline, full prepayment booking will receive a refund.

Low Season (1 April 2014 - 31 October 2014)
* Within 3 days prior to arrival = 1 night charge
* No show will be charged for 1 night
* Early departure will be charge for total stay and plus 1 night charge
* Cancellation made prior to the deadline, full prepayment booking will receive a refund.
