Minimum Stay Policy

A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required from 30 December – 1 January.

Low Season (16 April – 31 October)
A cancellation submitted less than seven (7) days before arrival date or no show will incur first night charge.
Cancellation submitted less than three (3) days before arrival date shortening stay (early check out) or no show are all subject to full period booking charge.

High Season ( 1 November – 19 December & 11 January – 15 April )
Cancellation submitted less than fourteen (14) days before arrival date will incur first night charge.
Cancellation submitted less than seven (7) days before arrival, shortening stay (early check out) or no show are all subject to full period booking charge.

Peak Season ( 20 December – 10 January)
Cancellation submitted less than thirty (30) days before arrival date will incur first night charge.
Cancellation submitted less than twenty-one (21) days before arrival date, shortening stay (early check out) or no show are all subject to full period booking charge.
