Child Policy

- Child under 12 years joining parents in Superior Gardenview room, Superior Seaview room, free of charge for the exiting bed. Will be charged for breakfast at THB 325.- net per person (maximum 1 child)
- Child under 12 years joining parent in Deluxe Gardenview room, Deluxe Seaview Room, Junior Suite and Impiana Suite, free of charged for the exiting bed. Will be charged for breakfast at THB 325.- net per person (maximum 2 children)

Remark : If guests request extra bed for child in Deluxe Gardenview room, Deluxe Seaview room, Junior Suite and Impiana Suite, the hotel will be charged at THB 1,000.- net for rollaway bed incl ABF additional from room rate.

Airport Shuttle Policy

One way transfer from Phuket International Airport to Resort or Resort to Airport at THB 1,000.- net for 2 persons.

- The surcharge from 23.00 hrs - 05.59 hrs will be at THB 300 net per way

Cancellation Fee:
- One night room charge will be applied if cancel within 7 days during High Season (21 Feb - 31 Mar), Shoulder Season (21 Jan - 20 Feb) and Peak Season (21 Dec - 20 Jan) and 72 hours during Low Season (01 Apr - 31 Oct) prior to arrival date.
- No show charge for 1 night during Low Season and High Season and 50% charge during Shoulder and Peak Season of entire stay.
