Cancellation policy

If cancelled within 1 day prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge is 100 percent of stay.
If cancelled within 2 - 7 days prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge is 1 night.
If cancelled more than 7 days prior to check-in date, there is no cancellation charge.

For no-show the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation fee is 10% of deposit amount.
Amendment is limited to 1 time/booking and is required at least 3 days prior to arrival and confirmation is subject to room availability.
