Cancellation of guaranteed booking must be made 7 days prior to check-in date to avoid cancellation charge.
If a cancellation notification of guaranteed booking is received within less than 7 days, 1 night penalty charge is applied.
Should a guest with a guaranteed reservation not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival, a night room charge will be levied as no-show charge. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
No refund in case of no show.
