A minimum 5 stays is required during PEAK SEASON

Peak season ( 20 Dec 13 - 10 Jan 14)
- No penalty will be incurred if cancellation is received no less than 45 days prior to the arrival date; otherwise a full length stay penalty of total rooms booked may apply.
High season (01 Nov 13 - 19 Dec 13, 11 Jan 14 - 31 Mar 14)
- No penalty will be incurred if cancellation is received no less than 30 days prior to the arrival date; otherwise a 2-night penalty of total rooms booked may apply.
Low season (01 Apr 14 - 31 Oct 14)
- No penalty will be incurred if cancellation is received no less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date; otherwise a night penalty of total rooms booked may apply.
