- Full stay will be charged for all cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival.
- No show and early departure will be charged for entire period initially booked.
- Cancellation made prior to the deadline, full prepayment booking will receive a refund.

High Season (01 November - 20 December & 11 January - 15 April)
- Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival = 1 night charge.
- Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival = 3 nights charge.
- No show will be charged for 3 nights.
- Early departure will be charged for total stay and plus 1 night charge.
- Cancellation made prior to the deadline, full prepayment booking will receive a refund.

Low Season (16 April - 31 October)
- Cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival = 1 night charge.
- No show will be charged for 1 night.
- Early departure will be charged for total stay and plus 1 night charge.
- Cancellation made prior to the deadline, full prepayment booking will receive a refund.
