Child Policy

Child Policy
1. Free of charge for Child ages 0-3.9 years sharing with parents for Breakfast & Cot.
2. Free of charge for child ages 4-11.9 years (max. 1 child) sharing room with parents without extra bed, ABF will be charged at 50% of adult’s breakfast rate.
3. Extra bed and breakfast for extra person is chargeable as per structure rate.

Minimum Stay Policy

Minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required from 30 December – 1 January.

Cancellation Policy

Low Season (16 April – 31 October)
Cancellation submitted less than three (3) days before arrival date or no show will incur first night charge.
Shortening stay (early check out) is subject to one extra night charge.

High Season ( 1 November – 19 December & 11 January – 15 April )
Cancellation submitted less than twenty-one (21) days before arrival date will incur first night charge.
Cancellation submitted less than fourteen (14) days before arrival date, shortening stay (early check out) or no show
are all subject to full period booking charge.

Peak Season ( 20 December – 10 January )
Cancellation submitted less than thirty (30) days before arrival date will incur first night charge.
Cancellation submitted less than twenty-one (21) days before arrival date, shortening stay (early check out) or no show are all subject to full period of booking charge.
