Cancellation Policy :

* Reservations made 30 days prior to desired arrival date:
- Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date is free of charge.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fine of 50% on all fees and total cost of package/ room revenue reserved.

* Reservations made 14 - 4 days prior to desired arrival date:
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to the arrival date is free of charge.
- Cancellations made less than 4 days prior to arrival will be subject to no refund.

* Reservations made 3 - 1 days prior to desired arrival date:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours of the time of reservation are free of charge.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours after reservation are subject to no refund.
