The hotel is located in the centre of metropolitan Tokyo, between Aoyama and Akasaka Area. It takes only 5 minutes to walk from Exit 4 of Aoyama 1-chome station on the Ginza, Hanzomon, and Oedo subway lines, which provide easy access either to Shibuya, Harajuku-Omotesando, Roppongi or Shinjuku. Aoyama Twin Tower Building next to the subway station is a landmark of this area. Residences of some imperial families, the Canadian embassy and the Cambodian embassy are near by. The most famous night spot in Tokyo, Roppongi is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
All rooms are medium-sized with simple decor. All are equipped with a refrigerator, Internet access, and English television programming (BBC). Each room has a small closet. The bathroom is also small but in good condition. Semi-double room is 13.5sqm in size and has a 122 cm width bed. Double room is 14.8sqm in size and has a 140 cm width bed. Twin room is 20.2sqm in size and has two 110cm width bed.

There is a restaurant on the ground floor offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their bread is one of the features, which is made by qualified bakers and is served from the on-site oven.
It is small with some sitting space and a computer for the Internet access. The public area is smoke-free space and small terrace just outside from the lobby is space for smokers.
